Strategic advice on social care
We worked for the new Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) to prepare for its launch in April 2004. We developed its initial vision and values and communications strategy. Working closely with CSCI’s implementation team from the Department of Health, we integrated this work alongside organisational design to ensure excellent internal communications with 3,000 staff and a strong reputation with external stakeholders.
We were also involved in developing their brand, website and publications and project-managed a launch video, including researching a range of best practice case studies of people who use social care services.
Our assistant director provided strategic and tactical advice to the Chair and the Commissioners during the first year of the Commission, on positioning the organisation in the media, with stakeholders, parliamentarians and government ministers.
