We’re driven by achieving the right results for our clients.

In the past year we have:

• Supported the creation of a brand new regulator, the Care Quality Commission, covering health, social care and mental health, by providing strategic advice and interim managers.
• Launched and promoted a dedicated website for councils to inform and engage them about their role in helping their residents prepare for Digital Switchover.
• Saved councils and national organisations over £1m by reviewing communications structures and recommending smarter, more efficient ways of working.
