A four year campaign to recruit examiners for the national examinations regulator on behalf of the three main awarding bodies, working with Ipsos MORI and branding agency The Team. We produced all online content and marketing materials. This was a tricky project as the awarding bodies, although collaborating, were also competing for students and examiners. Despite this we established excellent relationships and the project beat all its targets. The campaign won the Communicators in Business Excellence Award. Judges praised the use of subtle messages to attract recruits – ‘salesmanship without the hard sell’.
